Quietly tucked into the corner of House of Fraser on Buchanan Street is my new favourite place, Clarins Spa. You honestly would not believe you are in the middle of a department store. Over summer when I visited Glasgow I had enquired about getting a facial done. Due to some deal that was on it was cheaper to pay then and enjoy the facial when I booked. I knew post London and moving into my flat I would want some wind-down time. Boy, was I right!
Turns out I have very oily skin and wasn’t quite using the right products. Amy the clinician, gave me a Radiance Revival facial, which was utter bliss. They even give you a foot massage. An hour and a half later I struggled to wake up, let alone get out of the chair. My skin today is the best it has been in a long time. After the treatment, Amy suggested a new skin-care routine, keeping some things and changing up little bits. Definitely going to see how I get on.
Would love to make these a regular thing, but going to make them a special treat every 3-4 months! Clarins Spas are all over the country, hidden in department stores which is a brilliant idea.
Christmas may be ages away, but I love the lights in House of Fraser!
