To celebrate my 100th blog post, I baked a carrot loaf cake from Martha Stewart. A nice change from my regular cupcakes. I decided to add some fresh ginger to add a subtle spice to the cake. Naturally the loaf was topped with a cream cheese icing.
I have loved blogging over the past half year and learnt more than I ever expected. My favourite bit has to be starting the 101 challenge, which I am slowly beginning to work my way through.
At the Cosmo event, we were told to celebrate every little achievement on the blog. Let’s see where the next 100 posts take me.
