This could not be similar. For 24 cakes you will need to:
- Line two cupcake trays with cupcake liners
- Melt 500g of baking chocolate, 100g butter, 4 tablespoons of golden syrup
- Mix with 150g of cornflakes or rice krispies or shredded wheats
- Once mixed thoroughly spoon 2 teaspoons of mixture into the cupcake liners
- Add 3 mini eggs per cake
- Leave in the fridge to set
PS: Make sure to buy baking chocolate and don’t let the chocolate get too hot, like I may have done!
