So last week I went into Superdrug because I saw my favourite dry shampoo, Colab was on sale. Having lugged a big bottle to the gym and back everyday, I decided to buy the minature versions as it saves on weight and is a lot more compact. However, I got excited by some other products and walked out with a bit more than dry shampoo.
Next I picked up some pieces from Tanya Burr, prior to Christmas the entire Tanya Burr collection had all but sold out! The eyebrow kit is great for creating a bolder more defined look, then just using a pencil. The fairy cake shade is great at highlighting the brow bone, something I had never previously done.
The bambi eye lashes are a subtle pair of falsies, that can be worn for both day and night.
Lastly was some bits from real techniques. The beauty blender has been hyped about for years and I finally decided to try it. It definitely delivers a well buffed-almost airbushed look, great for when you have the time for makeup.
The contour set comprises three brushes, a contour brush great for creating cheekbones, a fan brush for loose powder and a smaller brush great for accurate highlighting.
Buying new brushes, finally gave me some motivation to clean my old brushes! So the old brushes felt brand new.
