Post holiday I was craving some fresh fruit and a bit of a health kick. So this simple recipe was a perfect boost to the system. A banana, mango, pineapple and orange smoothie.
Chop your banana and mango and place in blender or glass to be used. My mango cutting skills need serious work, never realised it was quite so tricky. Going to use Delia’s mango cutting guide in future!
Chop the pineapple. Start by cutting the top and bottom off, then cut down the sides to get rid of the skin. Use a pineapple corer or a knife to remove the middle and chop into bite sized chunks.
Add the orange juice and yogurt.
Blend, serve and enjoy.
Other great ingredients could be strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.
