I have finally made Ina Garten’s Cream of Tomato Soup which I first saw years ago on Cupcakes and Cashmere. The weather in Glasgow has been dreich (Scottish for miserable), sleeting, freezing temperatures finally resulting in snow on Friday. I made this soup over the weekend, so for next week I have soup ready to heat me up as soon as I get home! I love the simplicity of this recipe, chop vegetables, fry, add more vegetables and stock, bring to the boil and blend. It also makes the flat smell really warm and cosy!
