Flat Decoration | Framed Handbags.

Framed designer shopping bags
My current obsession is decorating my flat. I don’t move in till October but cannot stop thinking of decor ideas. Years ago I saw a photo of framed designer shopping bags hanging up on a wall. This seemed like the perfect idea for decorating my living room and to make use of my collection of shopping bags accumulated over the years. The frames came from both John Lewis and B&Q. The white was chosen as a good accent colour to all the various bags.

Before starting to mount the bags, I made sure that the bags fit the frame appropriately with the handle still taught.

Other items required: blutac, measuring tape or ruler, pencil, flat headed screwdriver to open the frames.

Firstly, remove the handle on the side of the bag you don’t want framed. {Choose the cleaner/neater side of the bag to frame}

I am currently wanting to get more bags, including some purple and yellow ones. Will post photos of the wall itself when I have moved into the flat.
