Home Comforts.

Dorothy was right, there really is no place like home. After the stress of exams, I decided I just wanted to go home. Slightly easier said then done since Aberdeen is at the opposite end of the country to Southampton! So on Father’s day I travelled up to “surprise” Dad. Sidenote – he had read the text to my Mum.

The last 2 days have gone far too quick and be filled with sleep and enjoying doing nothing in particular! For months my parents have said that when they next go to Dobbies the local garden centre they would fill up their bottles with oils. I wanted to practice my driving, so decided to take a visit. The result? Garlic oil, basil oil, truffle oil!

My mum and brother make an excellent lemon cheesecake so I had a spot of afternoon tea for one.
