Smoothie’s are my current go to breakfast with added whey protein, as part of my Strong not Skinny campaign I am trying to eat healthier, which also means more! At the start of each week, I bulk buy fresh fruit, bananas, pineapple, strawberries, mango, raspberries, watermelon and have taken to spending 15 minutes prepping it all. I then have a freezer bag ready to grab the night before, leave to defrost in the fridge, add some juice and yogurt in the morning and ta-da breakfast!
