Somehow January is over and i am officially one month into my 1000 mile year goal. With January being a long month and a fairly empty calendar I was able to get 100.1 miles in, to be precise.
My typical week would be running on Tuesday night with Redbridge runners, a 5 mile route round the city centre, attend Nike Run Club on a Glasgow and take part in interval training, a long run on a Sunday for 10 or so miles, then run on nights in between. After a bad day, running in the pouring rain is actually a great form of therapy.
This month had snow, minions, a 5k around Arthur’s seat in Edinburgh.
