As children we are constantly told to tell the truth and how lying hurts others. This book is a lie from the beginning, which I loved. Only as the story unfolds do you start to think you have uncovered truth. The lies become more twisted, with each individual character’s lie somehow relating to the next, even though they initially seem like unreleated events.
I couldn’t put this book down, spent most of my Sunday evening in bed reading it with a nice glass of wine. The Truth-Teller’s Lie is part of the Zailer & Waterhouse mystery series, going to continue to read some of this series.
