So running in April had it all - 2 continents, tank top weather, rain, stairs, hail. I managed 95.8 miles this month, could not quite motivate myself to do 8 miles on Saturday, having already done weight training that morning. But, I am getting better at having rest days and days off from the gym.
March was an odd month. I very much lost my running mojo. My swollen ankle was really sore and swollen for the first half of the month as evidenced below. So that's February done and dusted and with that, a massive 140.3 miles run. My month started off really strong with 8 miles on a Tuesday, a similar length run on a Friday and a 10+ miler run on Sunday. With running and setting goals you have to be realistic, something I am not good
