So running in April had it all - 2 continents, tank top weather, rain, stairs, hail. I managed 95.8 miles this month, could not quite motivate myself to do 8 miles on Saturday, having already done weight training that morning. But, I am getting better at having rest days and days off from the gym.
So, I'm back from New York, with a slightly heavier case after plenty of shopping, swollen ankles after walking around Manhattan lots, as in Central Park to Soho and back, running the park and taking well over 1000 photos between my phone and SLR camera. Splitting these blogs into 4 posts, fitness, cake, food, sightseeing.
